Sage Media Group, LLC specializes in event photography with a concentration on Miss USA State pageants. Photography packages that are pre-ordered anytime during pageant weekend are eligible for a refund before the crowning of the new titleholders on the weekend of the pageant in which your order was placed. Any requests for refunds or cancellations will not be accepted after that event has taken place.
Prints/Photo Books: We aim to ensure that the quality of our prints and photo books are to a very high standard. Prints may be exchanged if a defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery or damage occurs during shipping and it is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that you will need to send these prints or photo books back to us yourself to the return address provided in our correspondence. Sage Media Group, LLC is not responsible for these postage costs.
Digital Photos: Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Sage Media Group, LLC has a strict NO REFUND policy on all digital files. Once a transaction has been completed it is considered to be non-refundable.
